EN10204規格の概要　　検査の規格　　　　HOME　技術資料室　技術用語 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ 　ENはEuro Norm(欧州規格)でEUの各国に共通した規格です。欧州への輸出品に関してはこの規格に適合していることが求められますが、この中で金属製品の検査証明に関してはEN10204.3.1Bに準拠した検査証明書が要求される場合があります。 　これは昔のドイツ規格にあったDIN50049がそのままEN10204に移行されたもので、DIN50049は消滅しています。 　この規格に準拠してコイルセンターが顧客に提出する必要があるものとしては、鉄鋼メーカーの鋼材検査証明書（ミルシート）になります。 下記はEN10204規格に関する参考情報です。 ＜Test certificates＞ 　Euronorm EN10204 (this replaces German specification DIN50049) covers test certification. It outlines the type of information to be included in the certification and nominates the person who should conduct sign-off of the tests. 　Type 3.1B test certificates must contain results of tests actually carried out on the batch of material being certified (type 2 test certificates can contain typical rather than actual values). 　Personnel independent of production must have carried out the tests and the document must contain a statement that the product complies with the order or with the relevant product specification. (Question) 　One of my customers in France asked me to supply Certificate EN10204 3.1B for the said stainless steel castings. I am sorry that I have no idea on it and want to know where and how I can get this certificate as well as the needed cost for it. (Answer) 　Certificate 3.1 B DIN 50049 is actually obsolete. It has been replaced by EN 10204 3.1B.These are certificates that confirm chemical analysis of materials in conformance with published tolerances.
